Earbuds does not work. Will not say charged.
Earbuds not working.
Bought them 3/4/25. It will not stay charged. After I fully charge it, in less than an hour, it's signaling, low battery and about five minutes later, it turns off.

My earbuds now will not connect to my phone, whereas before they were connecting fine. I've tried several times and followed all instructions, but they are just not connecting to my phone. I was trying to get support to see what I could do about the situation, but all I got was a phone number, and then the phone number directed me to an email, and the email directed me to another site.

My issue has not been resolved. Highly dissatisfied
I ordered the everyday buds in black (noise cancelling) back in December, and I have not received them still. I used the donut operator discount code when I purchased them.
I figured with Christmas and the holidays going on, it would take a while.
Now I'm just upset. He's the only reason I purchased these buds and not another brand.

In the manual it explains the controls for the earbuds, however they do not work as stated at all, the sound is clear, but the controls like previously stated are super wrong like, not even slightly accurate, the only control that works as stated in both the manual included and the one online is the power on, and off control. Otherwise I was just messing around trying to figure it out.

I returned an item and never received my money back. It has been exceptionally difficult to try and reach customer support.
I called, but there is no answer. I tried online support, but then they try to charge me $1 to continue with the phone call.
Why do I need to pay to contact customer support? If you don't give back the money on returns, how am I to believe that I will get my $1 back when the issue is resolved?

I returned an item and received confirmation that it was received by Raycon on April 21, 2025. It is June 2nd, and I still do not have a credit on my charge account for the return.
The ability to contact someone to follow up is impossible. This company is anything but consumer-friendly!

Verified Reviewer |They do not answer emails and when they do ( I sent 5 emails ) they send a code when you respond with the code number they still don't respond.
Do not under any way purchase any item's from this company, they do not honor there warranty that they say. I have been in touch with this company more then 5 times through there website and have not accomplished nothing, they have not replaced the cable wire which broke off in my iPhone 13 or returned any of my money. STAY CLEAR FROM THEM.
I sent 5 emails asking for a replacement wire to replace the one I had 2 weeks when it snapped off in my APPLE iPhone 13 I tried calling there phone number for customer service to only hear a recording saying that they do not return call's you need to go to there website. I am not a happy customer and would advise other's not to buy from them.
