I purchased through Amazon on haul. I was told I could not return them to Amazon. I love the Reykon earbuds. I have been using them for about six or seven years.
I still have the set that does not work.
They dont hold a charge as soon as you open the container, the light goes to orange I have charged them fully and the same thing happens. I would like to get them replaced, please and thank you.

The company hits me with a restock fee and neglects to refund two of the items as they listed them separately and only refunded half the order, even though the full refund was listed separately at the bottom. Requested a refund repeatedly over the course of two weeks, past the delivery date. They offered a refund and the next day shipped a portion of the original order instead of refunding my order. Their customer service offers lip service only, with confusing and outright lies regarding even the return process, going so far as to edit an email chain so it will look as though I did not request a refund.
I hope they know that the road they are on leads straight to *** Still out $40. Recommend Technics instead. Arrived in three days and gave a free case for the product, superior quality. Raycon has an F rating with BBB.
They think they got away with it. They did not get away with anything. Their CEO wants to expand.
Maybe he should try a different country. Apparently, he has never heard of Budweiser and what customer sentiment in America can do to a product.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Since I had purchased shipping protection, I was offered a replacement order free of charge.
If you order directly from Raycon's website and run into shipping issues, it may take upwards of a week for them to respond to emails with an AI generated response.
Some with their shipping insurer. I'm still awaiting a refund for my next day air charge, though.
Paid for next day air, package held at a UPS location due to a hazardous material irregularity for five days, no response to any of the emails I've sent to Raycon, customer service number went straight to voicemail. They really put the Con in Raycon. As someone who works in the order fulfillment industry, this is absolutely pathetic and should be unacceptable to any online retail store

I would usually give this company five stars, but I placed an order a few days ago, making sure the shipping information was correct. In fact, I had my adult child double-check to make sure that the billing address and the shipping address were correct and in the appropriate place.
Somehow, Raycon's system reverted back to my former shipping address that was sold over seven months ago. I've emailed Raycon twice at the email address they provide on their website and called once. I had to leave a voicemail because no human answered the phone. I've heard nothing from Raycon.
I am disabled and need specific earbuds. I saved a long time to replace the old ones I had from them which I was very happy with, but need a new pair. In fact, my son had been using Raycon earbuds for several years. He was so happy with them that I ordered earbuds for myself and my three adult children as gifts with a total well over $300, and that was with a discount code.
So, Raycon, if you are reading this, please replace my shipment as soon as possible. You can find the information in one of two emails you received or in a voicemail that I left you since you won't have a live person answer the phone.

it is now January 25,2025 and I STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM RAYCON REGARDING MY REFUND!!!! even after this website informed me that rayco had read my complaint on here RAYCON HAS NOT ONCE RESPONDED TO ME!!!
it have been about 2 1/2 months! i am on a fixed budget and so the negligence by raycon PLUS my bank having charged me overdraft fees has caused me enormous financial distress and continues to do so… i am now gathering all the necessary evidence necessary to file a claim against them.
I just forgot to add that while I was following through the website’s return process questionnaire there’s no option to click at all that was even remotely applicable to my reason for for returning the unopened merchandise and requesting a full refund! so the only choice i had to choose that had a field where i could actually explain my situation was to click the “defective” option, even though it wasn’t defective— it’s just ridiculous.
This company has no ethics whatsoever and does not know how to treat their paying consumers properly. It’s horrid and they should be ashamed of themselves.
but found out real quick how shady and unprofessional their company is they provide no real recourse for customers who have issues with their orders!! they have no customer service line that connects to a real person (unless you choose the option to buy more of their products!). so I emailed them and emailed them again and again multiple times. its almost christmas and i STILL have had ZERO response, and this began the date i placed my order at the beginning of november.
after many emails sent with no reply, I tried messaging with their Chatbot who stated that there was nothing they could do until i received my order. then i needed to the start the return process and return the extra set unopened to them. i had to wait 11 days for the order to arrive and then I instantly sent one pair back. There site shows they received them around december 5th, but yet their is no update about me getting my refund.
they have NEVER responded to ANY of my many emails. and currently when i try to log into my account, it says my password is wrong and they have emailed me a link. BUT after i clicked resend link at least 5 times I NEVER RECEIVED A LINK! STILL HAVENT!!!

for a company that charges top dollar for their products youd think they would be reputable and provide assistance for their paying customers that have problems with ordering their top dollar products; plus they wouldnt use deceptive marketing tactics (i.e. the deceptive pop-ups that came up during checkout that offered me discounts on what i assumed was the pair of earbuds i was buying, but ended up adding an additional pair to my purchase.)How can a company that is so extremely unprofessional like this one even be in business? they NEVER respond to emails from customers, they have no fricking phone number to get a hold of a human CSR to help customers with refunds or to provide any other sort of customer related services!
